It is our goal to send you the freshest bagels possible! However, we know that problems do occasionally occur. If you receive your bagels and are unsatisfied with our product in any way, please call us, so we can resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delivery delays through Federal Express. If you experience a delivery problem due to a Federal Express delay, you are welcome to contact us in order to gather information for pursuing your claim with Federal Express.

Please note: Federal Express will not take responsibility for delays due to weather conditions.
